FOR CREATIVE TEAMS & CLIENT WORK
A production workspace for client video.
Keep the idea, delivery scope, budget and people connected from the first conversation to the final review.
Project work requires an account. Explore public examples and free tools before starting.

01 / THE WORKFLOW
Make the scope understandable before building the shoot
Record the audience, message, product or service, delivery format and approval owner in a clear brief. A treatment describes the creative approach; a proposal communicates the work you intend to deliver.
Separate a new deliverable from a revision. Agree the number of versions, aspect ratios, approval rounds and dates with the client. A project note or sample proposal is not a substitute for the agreement your job needs.
02 / THE WORKFLOW
Turn the message into picture, sound and coverage
An AV script can connect what is seen to what is heard and the timing of each beat. Build the shot list around the approved message, rather than filming unrelated images and hoping the edit will connect them.
Collect visual references and record the choices the client has approved. When a storyboard or reference is generated with AI, verify that it represents the actual product and does not introduce an unsupported claim.
03 / THE WORKFLOW
Estimate the work, then arrange the day
A production budget should identify quantity, unit, rate and what the amount covers. Include preparation and post-production time, and distinguish your working cost estimate from the client’s agreed price.
Align the calendar, shooting plan and call sheet. Roles and responsibilities give collaborators enough context to make decisions and flag problems before delivery.
04 / THE WORKFLOW
Build trust with a clear record of the work
Use comments and project activity to preserve the discussion around a decision. Confirm which material is current before sending a document or inviting a collaborator.
After the project, share selected work only with permission and credit the contribution accurately. Keep confidential briefs, unpublished assets and private conversations inside the intended project access.
Before you start
Can a small freelance team use this workflow?
Yes. Begin with the brief and relevant project tools, then add the roles, dates and production details the job needs.
Does a proposal create a contract or collect payment?
This page describes planning and proposal preparation. Agree legal terms and payment arrangements separately; no contract or payment service is promised here.
