01 / THE WORKFLOW
Work backwards from the delivery
A finished video usually needs several decisions before it needs a publishing date. Identify the brief, research, script, references, recording, edit and review stages, then give each the time it requires.
A solo creator may use recording and editing sessions. A client team may need concept and script approval before booking the shoot. Keep those dependencies understandable to the people doing the work.
02 / THE WORKFLOW
Separate a content calendar from a shooting schedule
The production calendar tracks milestones across the project. A shooting schedule organizes what happens during the actual shoot days, and a call sheet communicates a specific day to the crew. Use the level of detail each decision needs.
When a date changes, review the effect on the work, the people and the delivery. A deadline in a calendar does not by itself confirm availability or a client’s approval.
03 / THE WORKFLOW
Use a small, complete example
The solo YouTube plan separates planning, presenter recording, B-roll and edit review into four sessions. The product-video plan adds approval before the shoot and a clear final-delivery check.
Mooiev’s calendar organizes production and delivery milestones. This page does not promise automatic publishing to Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, social-platform analytics or automatic sponsorship matching.
